Although our work is mainly focussed in Bath, Bristol and the southwest, we also have a number of projects further afield. We are delighted that one of these projects, located in Clapham, has had planning approval granted!
Clapham is undoubtedly a sought-after area, however space often comes at a premium. Our clients recognised the additional benefits of their house – like the tall ceilings and garden – and wanted to make some changes to create a home bespoke to them, with a particular focus on maximising the space available.
Our clients' current ground floor flat is incredibly cramped, with very little connection to the garden and an overall lack of light. The kitchen in particular has very few windows, with no space available for a dining table.
Our designs explored opening up the entrance, maximising natural light and improving the connection between each room. The chosen design enjoys an open-plan living area, flooded with sunlight through large windows and skylights. The airy and inviting extension allows for an additional bedroom, with the lounge moved to the rear of the home to connect directly with the garden.
We are so pleased to have secured planning approval for our clients, and can’t wait to see this project onsite!
